CORPORATE LAWYER – 2/3 YRS PQE - NORTH LONDON
Corporate Lawyer 2-3YS PQE is required for a busy full serviced North London Law Firm which offers a broad range of legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Ideally they would like a Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate Department for 1 year to cover maternity leave. This could then lead to a permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected to cover general corporate work, including M & A’s, company sales, acquisitions, shareholders agreements, agreements and disputes together with directors duties and disputes, contracts, trading agreements, arbitrations and financing. Hours: 9-5.30pm Salary: Upto £50kpa. Holidays: Standard 20 days
